From 0 to 6 contracts in less than 6 months
I cannot recommend this program enough. When I started, I was at zero—no properties, no contracts, just a vision for my company, Luxe Stays LLC. Thanks to the incredible guidance and support here, I have successfully scaled from 0 to 6 active contracts in less than six months. A massive thank you to my coach, Suzanne Voce, for her strategic brilliance. It was her suggestion to leverage student partnerships that truly accelerated my growth and allowed me to scale much faster than I ever could have on my own. The community, the resources, and the hands-on coaching have been absolutely vital in helping me transition from a corporate background into a thriving property management business. If you are looking for a roadmap to real success in the short-term rental space, this is the place to be. Thank you again, Suzanne and the entire team, for helping me hit the ground running!
