Prom dress arrived nothing like photos
I ordered what I thought was going to be my dream prom dress, but unfortunately it was nothing like what was advertised. When it arrived, I was genuinely shocked. The dress looked completely different from the photos on the website and wasn’t even the same colour. I didn’t mind that it arrived late because I had purposely given an earlier prom date to make sure I had time to sort out any issues if needed. Thankfully I did, because otherwise I would have been left scrambling for a replacement. I spent £327 on this dress, only for it to arrive looking completely unrecognisable compared to the advertised pictures. To make matters worse, it didn’t fit despite me ordering a size larger than I normally wear. I’m usually a size 8, but I ordered a size 10 to be safe. I have emailed the company twice requesting a full refund and am still waiting for a response. For the amount of money I paid, I expected the dress to at least resemble what was advertised. I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service so far.
