Post-facto invoice fraud
They added fees to an invoice after it was sent out, and then when asked about it sent a fraudulently edited version of the invoice. I still have the original receipts, but they claim to not know anything. Clearly fraud and someone covering their mistake post facto. Update: StorageMart has replied implying that the invoice could not be modified, but I have two copies of the same invoice with modifications made. They have asked me to email their help@, which I already did yesterday before they left their Trustpilot reply. I hope they check their messages before replying next time, and we can work this out.
