Like many other reviewers

Like many other reviewers, I was informed after booking that my flight had supposedly been "overbooked" and that I would need to switch to a different airline, and potentially even a different airport. To make those changes, I was told I would have to pay additional money. I spoke with a representative identifying herself as "Amy," and my daughter had previously spoken with someone named "Pete." After reading other reviews, I noticed these same names appear repeatedly, which raises concerns about the legitimacy and consistency of their customer service practices. The biggest issue is that the website presents flights as confirmed during the booking process, when in reality they do not appear to be truly confirmed. Customers may believe they have secured their travel plans, only to be contacted later and told the reservation cannot be honored unless they pay more money for alternative arrangements. While Amy was polite and may have genuinely been trying to help, none of the alternatives offered were workable for my situation. She stated that my purchase was refunded, but because I used my father's credit card, I have not yet been able to verify that the refund has been processed. If the refund does not appear, I will be advising him to dispute the charges. My concern is that customers are being charged before a flight is actually secured. Based on my experience, the booking was presented as confirmed when it was not. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this website to proceed with caution and carefully review other customer experiences before making a purchase.
