This appears to be a scam company. I received the wrong item and, when I contacted customer service, they refused to send the correct item that I had paid for. Instead, they demanded the original box, the unwrapped item, proof of payment, and the original receipt before they would even consider helping. My question is simple: Why was the wrong item sent in the first place? Their response was, “We have been in business for 32 years.” Unfortunately, being in business for a long time does not excuse poor customer service or shipping the wrong products. It seems they advertise low-priced products and then send lower-quality or cheaper versions of the items customers actually purchased, hoping they won’t notice the difference. In my experience, this company failed to deliver the product I paid for and then made the resolution process unnecessarily difficult. I would strongly advise consumers to be cautious before purchasing from this online store.
