I ordered my purchase a week prior to Mother’s Day (05/05/2026) and it didn’t ship until May 20th. I requested a refund prior to shipping, but instead of refunding me, they shipped it anyway. The second week of June, I received a delivery notice, but my package never arrived. I’ve contacted them multiple times for a refund, and no one has responded to me.
