I requested my order to be delivered…
I requested my order to be delivered earlier since I was about to travel. Songmont team did not promise but they said they will do their best to accomodate my request. The customer support was also very patient and gave me options on the delivery of my order. They answered all my queries in a timely manner. In the end, I was able to receive my order earlier than expected. I immediately loved the bag when I opened my order. The leather smelled really good. The workmanship and the details were superb. The leather also felt premium to touch. This has got to be my most favorite bag. Thank you for accomodating my request. Thank you for the great customer service.
