A great service with great customer service as well
A great service, many interesting things to watch. And fantastic customer service. I had thought I updated my listed email address, but notifications were at my old email address about it renewing and that there was a cost increase. Unfortunately, due to my personal circumstances at the moment, I can't afford it. I didn't notice it until the charge went through on my credit card. They were very understanding and they helped me straight away with cancelling and getting a refund. I appreciate it so much. I don't think that every company would do that. I look forward to being able to re-subscribe once I can.
