Just had my first video link with vet and a claim for my dogs treatment On both, the experience has been excellent The video link to a vet was superb with a written update of the discussion received within 10 mins of the link Tremendous advice which was subsequently mirrored by my local vet the next day so very reassuring/ thank you The claim procedure via my vet was extremely good with full cover payment received in my bank within less than 5 days of the claim being delivered Again superb service! I’m we do expect the costs to rise next year but really hope that they are not too high as we would love to stay with Napo
