My most recent purchase was not a good experience. I ordered a shirt online as a gift and received a completely different product in terms of model and color. I contacted customer service to resolve the issue and was told that the correct item would be sent. The request was processed successfully, but after a few days I did not receive any updates. When I checked my order, I saw it had been canceled. The reason given was that the item was out of stock. In other words, the product was listed for sale even though it was not available, and instead I received a completely different item as a replacement. This has been very disappointing.
