Lying Technician
The "technician" (he was more of a sales rep) would not leave my home without me agreeing to get all new equipment. He kept lowering the price until he offered it to me for free. OK, I'll take it for free. He said that it was a very unique offer that is not usually available. What he didn't tell me was that he was also changing my contract from one year to 3 years, thus locking me in to 2 additional years of monthly payments that I did not want. They also told me the monthly payment would be lower than it really was. The lies were bald-faced. I would never recommend ADT.
