Ecoflow Stream Ultra system
I purchased a bundle deal consisting of a 4 Solar panels, A Stream Ultra and 2 AC pro's, the system has been working brilliantly so far. However one of the AC pro's failed shortly after setup, after a few emails to EcoFlow support they resolved the issue by replacing it with a new Stream Ultra. After the initial disappointment of receiving a failed unit I have to say I am extremely happy with the customer service I have received to resolved my issue. The system is currently reducing my electricity bills and hopefully continues to do so..
