Extremely frustrating phone experience…
Extremely frustrating phone experience with automated service and with agents. In Mayy 2926, I called and canceled the service. The agent assured me that my request was granted. However, ADT charged me $53.99 for May and for June 2026. I called again on 6/23/2026 ans spent one hour and 15 minutes on rhe phone trying to get the service canceled. I previously spent hours trying to obtain tech support to fix issues with the equipment. It seems that ADT is only concerned about receiving the recurring monthly payment but not about the client's needa.
