Buyer Beware: Delayed Order and 30% Cancellation Fee
I ordered a US Men’s National Team baby onesie on June 13. At the time of purchase, the estimated ship date was June 18. However, every day I checked my order, both the production date and delivery date kept getting pushed back further and further. Now the estimated delivery date is July 9. This is a single baby onesie. There is no reasonable excuse for it to take nearly a month to produce and deliver. Had the true timeline been disclosed up front, I never would have placed the order. What makes the experience even worse is Soufeel’s cancellation policy. They want to charge a 30% “restocking fee” for an item that was never stocked in the first place and hasn’t even been produced yet. Charging customers a restocking fee on an unmade item feels misleading and unfair. Poor communication, constantly changing delivery estimates, and an unreasonable cancellation policy. I will not be ordering from this company again.
