Beware: Trapped Credit Cards, Zero Support, $600 charged on my card.
Fraud. Tricky ways to save customers credit card. Do not provide your card details or you will get charged and it's nightmare to get refund and get your card removed. Complication user interface to find how to stop your campaign. Do not allow to change or remove your credit card. It took hour for me to find how to stop the ad which didn't gave me a penny of business and I end up paying $600 plus. They offered a seutp call which I never received. Even after requesting to remove the credit card they never removed it. I asked for refund and the reason why I have never been contacted for the service I was offered and they never responded on that. Don't get in to the trap of Yelp. Go for Google Ads. They provide instant support on video call and it is worth it. I spend around 2 hours on call to get my card removed. They will call you to provide some support and ask you to put the ad on hold and then they will not provide support and according to their policy the ad campaign will get unhold and your get started charging on your card.
