Very bad experience with RedBus
Very bad experience with RedBus. I canceled my ticket as per the policy, but I have still not received my refund. Customer support was not helpful, and there was no clear update about my money. This caused a lot of frustration and inconvenience. I expected better service and a timely refund. I would not recommend RedBus to others until they improve their refund process. Poor service. I canceled my ticket, but RedBus did not refund my money. Customer support was disappointing. Very unhappy with the experience.
