I have had two LR 4s for about two years now. I’ve had no issues with them and it has made my life so much easier. Recently, my apartment experienced a catastrophic flood which destroyed both units. I called into Whisker inquiring about any coupons for repeat customers, and I was put on a brief hold. Ultimately, they offered to replace the units free of charge. Whisker’s customer care is superior, and I will likely always be loyal to them for this reason. Their products are well researched, designed, and easy to maintain.
