Spoiler snapped in half. No replies!
What a joke. Ordered a rear spoiler for Model 3. Shipping time was as to be expected (around 10 days), but when it did arrive there was a noticeable bend in the middle of the long box. Opening the box, I was shocked to see there was literally no internal protective packaging, just a spoiler, shipped half way around the world in a cardboard box, no bubble wrap or anything. And the spoiler was literally snapped in half. I’ve tried messaging their WhatsApp support numbers and emailing to both advertised email addresses. No response! I’ll be starting a claim with my card provider. Anyone thinking of using them, I wouldn’t bother. If you do, good luck!
