I had a rushed order I needed, I paid for priority overnight. The package showed up damaged and was missing more than half of my order. I sent an email to Bellami and then decided to call as I needed the problem resolved immediately. Sylvia in customer service killed it. She handled everything immediately and resolved it and got me the other part of my order in time that it didn’t impact my appointments or clients. I also received an email response just confirming my problem had been resolved. Customer service feels like it’s dying out and this restored my faith. Things go wrong all the time, I truly believe how we handle the problem is the most important thing. Thank you Bellami and Sylvia!
