PODS Damaged military family's property
We're a military family who contracted PODS to move us across the country. When delivering our PODS, a drive dropped the container with an audible thud, cracking our driveway and chipping the concrete surface. I submitted a claim to PODS. After an internal review, they found themselves not liable for the damage they caused. Shocker. Avoid using their services unless you want your property damaged.
