Springfield Delivery
Springfield, MO Best Buy is not making any points in my book! Have waited 4+ hours (window of 3-7pm) for tv delivery today and no one showed up. On calling to inquire they said they have no idea what happened and why delivery was not made. They say it will now be 2 more days to deliver tv. This is to replace a TV that went out and was under warranty. They are replacing tv and after going into store with broken one (55") we were told they had to deliver new one and would pick up broken one. Why were we not told this? We also were going to bring in broken one to be looked at initially but than told they have to come out to look at anything over 50"(and yet they knew the size from the get go). We generally buy all appliances thru Best Buy but their customer service and communication skills are very lacking. I will say the repair guy who came out initially was very nice and knowledgeable and did everything right. The only positive in this whole thing is we are getting a new tv - but when? I have no idea!
