Disappointed
I am very disappointed with my experience with Joyago. The shipping to Morocco took way too long—more than a whole month of waiting! To make matters worse, the order tracking system is completely useless and provided no real updates. The customer support center was equally unhelpful and lacked professionalism. When the package finally arrived, I was shocked to find that the items inside were dirty and covered in dust/dirt. This is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this service at all due to the terrible logistics and lack of cleanliness.
