I purchased an EcoFlow DELTA 3 Plus together with two 400W rigid solar panels. So far, the DELTA 3 Plus has been exactly what I expected. The unit feels well built, is easy to use, and offers excellent solar charging capabilities. After clarifying the setup with EcoFlow, I learned that two 400W panels can be connected independently, one to each solar input, which makes the system very versatile for off-grid use. Overall, I am very happy with the product itself. **Customer Support** Unfortunately, one of the solar panels arrived badly damaged during transport, which led to a support case. The resolution process has taken longer than I initially expected, and there were also some questions regarding cable compatibility and the correct solar configuration. However, the support team has always been polite, responsive, and willing to review the details of the case. I particularly appreciated that they took the time to clarify the technical questions, review previous communications, and work towards a practical solution. Although I am waiting for the final replacement shipment, my experience with the customer service team has been positive and professional so far.
