Exceptional Service
Ordering the product was done online. ANd within minutes a team member called me to confirm my luxury purchase which made me feel very comfortable that a real person was handling this. The customer service that followed was the best I have ever had. Purchasing through Emma Mason instead of the manufacturer saved me 15K in tarriff costs which made me even happier. The qualtity of the light that I purchased is extremly high end and a complete focal center piece for my home. Thank you Emma Mason Team I will buy again!
