DO NOT LIST YOUR HOUSE WITH THEM
I am an owner with Evolve for 7 years. My rental house had a huge water leak. Where I had to open a claim with the insurance and cancel all the booking since the house is not livable. I submitted all the pictures of the damaged and documents to Evolve to waive the cancellation fees sine it is out of my control. Evolve acknowledged reciveing the document however they end up charging me $1000 so far. I also was able to get hold of a manager where he agree with me that I submit all the correct documents to waive the fees. I will open a case with BBB to get my money back. Of course I will cancel my service with them
