System is hung up and not sending in the signed application
Your system says the application was signed 10 days ago but you sent a signature request today? logging in, it says its needs a signature but when you click on the sign now link it confirms that it was signed 10 days ago! so: 1st, why the heck is it hung up? 2nd, why did it take 10 days to flag a issue?
