Done with Chewy
Called chewy to find out why my autoship was canceled. Had to verify me and sent two emails I responded to both.. one verified me successfully the other didn’t. I was told I could not order the needed dog food. Was then asked over seven questions and was told their team would get back to me but never did. I asked why, they said they couldn’t tell me. A fee days later I used chat.. when I explained the situation they wanted to ask me the same questions again, I asked why the team did not get back to me.. then they ghosted me even though they knew I was an unhappy and unsatisfied customer. I was never contacted. I removed my credit card and all of my Auto shipments and will never use this company again because of the extremely poor customer service. This used to be a good company, but no longer is. By the way ….I found my dog food cheaper at Tractor supply, and my pet prescriptions cheaper at Costco with huge savings. Finished with Chewy. Will never do business with them again.
