One item from my order was missing
One item from my order was missing, but Chewy refused to do anything to resolve the issue. I've had to talk to three different customer support agents, and they all insisted the order was fully delivered, even though the box arrived in very poor condition and was clearly missing an item. This was a very frustrating experience, and the customer support was extremely disappointing.
