I have had a very stressful experience with this cruise travel agent but all was made ok by a wonderful customer service agent named Vaibhavi S. After having discovered that my booking was cancelled due to an accounting error (room upgrade was not billed to me), Vaibhavi spent 1.5 hours on the phone with me researching what happened and assuring me that all would be well in the end. She had to wait on the line for a long time to reach a supervisor at Holland America who could reinstate my booking and solve the problem. She came back on the line every five minutes or so to assure me she was still on hold but would not hang up on me. Eventually, all was resolved and I am very much relieved as I would have otherwise lost my initial deposit and had to re-book at a higher rate since we are only eight weeks away from sail date. A huge thank you to this wonderful woman who saved the day for me! ICRUISE.... this woman deserves a promotion.
