Don’t buy Nike shoes worst return policy …
Wanted to return or exchange Nike shoes ripped at the front in 6 months , had reciept . customer service advised to send through courier as bought from sports chek , spent $37.00 UPS and the Nike declined my claim as the shoes were manufactured 2 years ago When a customer buys shoes they don’t ask when it was manufactured, they only look at the time it was bought . Worst customer service from the corporate side . Not only did I lose my shoes money but also the courier service which Nike said that the only way to do returns , Nike does not live up to there big name be careful.
