Great products! I ordered the Ender-3 V3 Plus, which arrived very quickly and in great condition. It worked perfectly right out of the box. The only problem was that when I went to order PETG-CF in the Night Gray color, I got Soleyin Basic PETG in the Snow Mountain Blue color instead. However, the customer service was very good and quickly sent me the correct filament, and they even let me keep the Soleyin Basic PETG as well! Overall, the products get 5 stars and the customer service gets 4.5 stars.
