I was promised by my agent that he would cancel my policy with Progressive. I stated many times how important it is that I don't get double billed by the new insurance company and my old one! He assured me! If he had said you better call them and cancel yourself I would have but he convinced me I didn't need to worry! So I got my bank statement and guess what! I got charged 1219.88 by Progressive insurance just like I had feared! I'm now in serious trouble because of this charge that has already gone through and needs to be paid unless I want an interest charge! Plus, I now have to go without that money because it is going to be a credit on my card. I have other bills due from my bank account!! My trust has been violated and it just shows the lack of care the new generation has for doing their work with integrity and follow through.
