Moglix worst response & service provider
I have ordered a Luminous inverter through Moglix app. Order ID was 7112029 and they confirmed delivery on 25-June. Finally on 25-June they cancelled the order without giving any proper reason. I work in Reliance & we are using their services for vendor quotations. But now I understand that they were using my money for 7 days and rolling it to make profits. They have no shame that an inverter is an important device for work & studies and how much my family has suffered because of them. I recommend a strict no to Moglix. I will escalate the issue in my company Reliance Industries Ltd also to stop using Moglix services for vendors as Moglix is not trustworthy service provider and they provide worst response.
