Pathetic experience
I booked a bus from Delhi to Haridwar on 7 jun 2026 from red bus - operator was kannu Travels (gola). The bus did not come and I called red bus and operator but bus never came. After a day , red bus confirmed with operator on call that they will give me the refund within 5-7 working days.They said operator will give refund directly. But till today I have not got any refund.such a pathetic experience with red bus. I have stopped using it now
