Patience of the gods from an agent…
The customer service representative that I dealt with was fantastic! I was not a very easy call as I was totally lost and in addition to that I am also not very tech savvy so it was like a double strike for this poor agent. They were very patient and did not give up on the task at hand and after over an hour and a half having to instruct me on what to do, we were successful! I cannot express how thankful and happy I am for this agent and for them going way above and beyond their regular call of duty. This agent should definitely get a raise!
