Can’t be trusted for delivery
Unfortunately, this is my first and last order. Simply looking to get vitamins delivered for my dog, but apparently chewy only sometimes uses the FedEx. In this particular case, and for reasons that I cannot understand, they have decided to use a company by the name of OnTrac, and that company doesn’t even have its own vehicles. My package has been out for delivery for almost 6 hours and nobody can say for sure when - or IF - it will actually arrive. I tried calling chewy and they told me to get a hold of OnTrac, who basically told me that the package may or may not be delivered today depends upon whether or not the delivery kid has mechanical issues with his vehicle. Since I don’t even know if my package will arrive I will have to post again if and when it does. But without a doubt, I will never order from chewy again not unless they guarantee they use FedEx .
