Service was good for an emergency situation.
In 2025 I had to cancel a trip and got a quick hassle-free refund. In 2026 I was disembarked for a medical emergency and had to get my luggage returned home. The luggage arrived timely. I was disappointed that FedEx left it in my driveway and the TSA lock was broken, but I can't blame Luggage Forward for either.
