didnt make connection because of late bus
Bus from Tyler to Dallas was over 30 minutes late which made me miss my connecting bus! They tried to tell me they wouldn't refund my ticket as I didnt get on the bus! so rediculous. Had to cancel my entire trip and it was THEIR FAULT.
