Size and False Advertisement
Honestly, I am extremely disappointed. I bought the “Distressed Lace-Up Washed Denim Shorts New” and the product does not match the photos and the sizing. The waist was an inch smaller and the length is 4 inches longer than the size chart. The original was a little tight at the waist so I soaked them in water and stretched it some and was able to get them on. Still the length is something I couldn’t alter so it really sucks to see a third of a foot of extra fabric on the end. Subsequently, the shorts fit really awkwardly. All of that prior stuff aside I am most disappointed in the photos they advertise on their website. The first three images are of a completely different pair of shorts. They have golden metal pieces, rips in different places, and are washed and even sewed differently. The last few photos of someone else wearing a different pair of shorts are a more realistic look at what you are purchasing. Delivery took 2 weeks and I paid for worry-free shipping. I’m not upset about shipping time personally although it is definitely something to be aware of and to be improved. Overall, I would not purchase from them again and I’m extremely sad to have spent the amount of money I did on the product I received. Also forgot to mention the button hole came closed and I had to cut the hole open with fabric scissors. So the shorts came unwearable.
