I have been waiting for A MONTH for my packages to be sent. They’re just sitting in their warehouse because they “need to verify my card.” This has never happened with any other company, my bank says that the card should work, and still im unable to pay shipitto because they “need to verify my Visa card.” Ive sent SO MANY messages to customer service, and customer service says they’re “sending my problem to management so that management can verify my card” and then nothing happens. Ive done everything they’ve asked, including sending photos of my ID cards and even screenshots from my bank account. They’re just holding my packages hostage.
