I have great rapport with my Tutor and really enjoy each session. My only complaint is that on a couple of occasions I have had to cancel due to a power outage or computer issues. On these times I notified Varsity Tutors but my Titor was not made aware that I would miss my session. This vommunication needs to be improved. Otherwise I love the service! Thank you. Terry
