My support tickets are being completely ignored by Too Lost. My label "Melodic World" is currently blocked on Beatport because Too Lost/AudioSalad has not sent the transfer approval to Feiyr. This administrative delay caused a duplicate profile to be generated on Beatport, which is completely breaking my active paid Beatport Hype subscription on my original page. I am actively losing money and critical campaign data every single day this remains unresolved. Please have a senior manager review this case and instruct AudioSalad to approve the release immediately to resolve this financial and technical issue.
