My experience with Cosmo Kid Watch customer support has been extremely disappointing. I have repeatedly tried to reach a live agent by phone, but have never been able to get through to anyone. The automated system instructs you to send an email, which I did multiple times, but I never received a response. When you're buying a product that's meant to help parents stay connected with their children, reliable customer support is essential. Unfortunately, Cosmo has failed to provide even basic communication. It's frustrating to have no way to get help when you need it. I hope they improve their customer service because, based on my experience, getting support has been nearly impossible.
