This has been the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. They never delivered my water. Every single day for an entire week, they came up with a different excuse. First, they claimed that no one was home, even though we were home all day. Then they blamed heavy traffic. The next day they said there were unsafe road conditions. Every day there was a new reason why they couldn’t deliver my order. To make matters worse, they charged my card even though I never received the water I paid for. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, and I would never recommend this company.
