Too bad there is no zero star
I ordered eyeshadow sticks based on the photos on their website. Cream and purple eyeshadow sticks, which I later learned were photos stolen from the tarte brand. They sent generic dollar store items, the complete wrong color and looked nothing like the pics online. Their refund policy is to request a refund and get approval before sending back or they will not refund. So I have sent 2 emails and they refuse to respond. Complete garbage, fraudulent crap. Sure wish I had read these reviews beforehand!
