If I could they would get no stars. All our tools are Ryobi but after hearing my husband on the phone to Ryobi customer service I can assure you I will never again purchase another thing off them not only was customer service completely rude and not helpful at all we are left with a lawn mower that is in absolutely perfect condition except for the front wheel has broken and Ryobi do not have replacement parts we can’t even use another model to replace they don’t make them to fit nor do they have replacements. So what Ryobi you expect people to just throw away an absolutely perfect lawn mower because your company does not stock a part that is simply a front wheel…….your kidding yourself. Please people do not waste your money especially on the lawn mowers because if something breaks they won’t have the parts for it. Enablers of a throw away society….this really angers me.
