Does not honor warranty
I was happy overall with suitcase until I tried to file a warranty claim on a tear along a sewn in part. They stated it was from normal wear and tear and would not honor a fix or substitute. It has only been on 4 trips. They offered a measly 15% on a new one which stores give bigger discounts. Now unhappy with them or any company that does not take responsibility for poor workmanship. I have submitted 2 requests with pictures and proof of purchase etc.. Thet counter offered with 25%discount towards a new suitcase. No offer to pay for repair or to replace product. If ripping along a piece of built in is normal wear &tear than suitcase is not as advertised and any suitcase can be bought cheaper. Save your money if having to replace luggage every 5 years.
