Too many technical hurdles. Frustrated and disappointed.
I submitted court forms online and they were rejected by the court. Tried again and rejected again. Apparently there is very specific formatting and upload requirements that aren’t highlighted during the submission process. Each time I was charged. I contacted One Legal for assistance and they directed me to one of their articles. This time I used Adobe Pro to enter fields and sign. Followed the guidance from One Legal, and uploaded. It wouldn’t let me Submit because of an issue with security. i gave up after having spent tons of time and did it the old fashioned way. Completed and signed forms, and dropped off at court. Not convenient at all, but it was easy and quick. It was much better than trying to submit online. Lesson learned.
