Horrible
Horrible. I “bought” a necklace four months ago. I have never received it. Every week I am promised it will ship and it never does. It is reportedly being authenticated but that process should not take months. I finally asked for a refund, was told I would get it in 5-7 days and two weeks later I’m still waiting. I will file a dispute with my credit card company.
