Ruko Drone controller problem
Had a problem with a new controller I purchased from Ruko, could not get it to Pair, next day they sent we instructions on how to pair and trouble shoot. This did not solve my problem, Ruko asked for me to take a video as the drone and controller as they were. Not sure what the problem was, but a brand new drone appeared on my door step today. You can't beat that for customer service! Already made some flight flies great. Im still amazed at the 4K video quality, how stable the video is when the drone is bouncing around in the wind. You would think it was mounted on a tripod. BTW, the model of my drone is F11GIM2 . Katherine was a big help knowledgeable and very helpful!
